Terms of Use

Accounts are issued by an administrator and are personal to you. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. If you believe your credentials have been exposed, ask an administrator to reset them immediately.

Use the tool for Davanci's own market research. Do not:

• Share exports, briefs or screenshots outside the company.
• Resell or redistribute the data or the AI-written briefs.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Opportunity briefs, scores and competitive analysis are internal strategy. Treat everything in this tool as confidential unless told otherwise.

Counts, rankings, publishers and example games are real data collected from the App Store and Google Play. Opportunity Scores are computed in code from that data.

Build recommendations, and the "why now" and "risk" notes, are written by a language model from those signals. They are a starting point for discussion, not a verified conclusion — check the underlying evidence before making a commercial decision.

Install and revenue figures are labelled estimates and are not actuals.

Market data originates from Apple, Google and Meta and remains subject to their terms. Game names, icons and screenshots belong to their respective publishers and are shown for identification and research.

The tool is provided as-is for internal use. Collection runs daily and may occasionally fail or lag; there is no uptime guarantee.
